"Sometimes we are fortunate enough to have made a decision that not only works, but also lasts a very long time. Twenty years ago I signed on with my local State Farm agent for my auto insurance. And while I have looked at others, I’m not willing to give up the personalized service I receive nor the feeling of welcome when I stop at the office. Miss Ann has been there the entire time and through different vehicles, different addresses, and other events, I have always been treated like family. Never thought I’d say that about an insurance agency. State Farm may not have the catchiest jingle, cute little mascot, or a Flo, but it has been the exactly what I want: dependable, helpful, personalized service.. Thank you State Farm!
